Provenance and local sourcing is the bedrock to our business.
Provenance, from the French verb “provenir” (to come from), is frequently used within the hospitality sector. But what does it mean to us?
When we use locally sourced products or ingredients, we will pinpoint their origin to the source. For us, it’s not enough to say “local” – we want to know the detail!
Our increasing customer base are showing interest in provenance, so more than ever before diners want to feel reassured that everything from animal welfare to food miles is being considered when we create our classic food menus.
We have quickly gained the support of many very local suppliers & have built relationships that have focused on delivering exceptional local Welsh products to our customers.
